On 27 of October 2020, Georgi Kuzmanov- project coordinator of KA2 project “’SustainNEET” has presented to 25 youth workers from Bulgaria the Strategic partnership project. The highlights on the presentations were the Comparison State of Art of youth workers and NEETs report with it’s key findings as well as the online moodle platform with the E-learning courses.
For the Comparison State of Art of youth workers and NEETs report was important to mention that was developed to serve as an analysis of the current situation youth workers face in their everyday practice in terms of tools available, training provided, possibilities for improvement, capacity building issues and training needs of youth workers, who are working with NEETs in the participating countries.
The e-learning courses were created with aim of providing youth workers with more specialized knowledge and competences for working with NEET youth. The e-learning materials contains four modules that cover important topics on how to increase participation of NEETs into the labour market and in education through up-skilling youth workers in effective engagement methodologies.
After the presentation a discussion was initiated on the topic as well as Mr.Kuzmanov has invited all members to enroll in the platform and take the courses.
